DecoDiamante phone case review

Hiya everyone today's post is a review on a phone case I was sent from DecoDiamante she asked me what I would like on it so just gave her a few ideas and left her to it. When it arrived I was so excited to see what she had created for me and I love it, it's so sparkly and pink. It came well protected wrapped in bubble wrap and the postage bag , inside were a little pack of diamantés just in case any fall off.

I have had this case on my phone over a week and a couple of the gems have fallen off which isn't major problem as i easily glued them back on again, i expected some to come off as i use my phone all the time, the last case I had from ebay all the bits started falling off straight away and within a week there were no diamantes left on it.

I love the fact that these cases are so affordable because there are some company's out there that charge silly amounts of money for theirs .

Now I'm going to give you some info about prices and designs

Prices for phones:

Just diamantés and pearls -£10- This can be plain or mixed colours or a letter.

Diamantés, pearls and bigger pieces like bows, hearts, flowers, mirror pieces, Hello Kitty, Barbie etc..... -£12-£16 Depending on if you want a couple of pieces or lots (she can get hold of almost anything)

She also has pre-made cases ready to be sent out and makes the custom cases for most phones too so just contact her and ask if she has or can make a case for your phone

The custom cases can take between 1-2 weeks depending on if she has to order any anything in and will let you know how long it will take to get to you before payment.

I will leave all her links below

What ever you have in mind just ask her she will happily discuss anything with you.

Blistex Lip Tone Tint and Shine

I have been wearing so much lipstick lately that my lips started to get dry and they were feeling tight so while i was out bargain hunting in Poundland i saw this there were 4 different ones i choose the lip tone one it is 4.25g of product packaged in a normal lip balm bullet with the standard twist up bottom

What it says on the packaging: It is the caring formula and SPF 15. A moisturising formula with a hint of colour, combining Sweet Almond, Tea Tree & Sesame Seed Oil for natural and gorgeous lips.

Sweet Almond - conditions the skin
Tea Tree - sooths the lips
Sesame Seed Oil - penetrating conditioner

It has a slight hint of a rosy colour which is lovely and the smell is sweet with a hint of menthol and it makes your lips feel smooth and slightly cool but does not tingle and it had a slight sheen to it.

It has really helped my lips recover from the dryness and i have started applying this before my lipstick just as extra protection and i adore it.

whats your favourite Blistex product?

Translucent Powder !!!!

Now when i think of Translucent Powder i imagine a really light face powder that has no colour to it, So why is it whenever i buy one or swatch one they look like this ?????
So whats the deal with these so called Translucent powders, doesn't translucent mean completely see through or have the make up industry just given it another meaning
EG: Orange

I own a few 'Translucent' powders and some of them are awfully orange
(*cough* avon colour trend *cough*)
and others are more manageable like soap and glory setting powder that comes with their kick ass concealer.
I would love to find a perfect powder that suits my pale skin with out paying a tone of £££ for it
I have tried so many different ones throughout the years but so far the best ones i have found are:
the setting powder in the kick ass concealer from soap and glory but I'm not going to pay £10 for the tiny product when i only want the powder its a bit silly.

next is a new one i have been trying and that is the natural collection loose face powder in cool translucent this has a slight colour to it but doesn't make me look orange

The only powder that i have that isn't translucent i a 17 pressed powder which is in shade nicely neutral and that is fairly light but not light enough

So i have started using this
It is an MUA Matt Eyeshadow in shade 16 it is a super pale pink and works really well on my skin tone as i have a yellow undertone it balances it out rather than making my face more yellow/orange.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
let me know if you have found a really light 'Translucent' powder i would love to try others and hopefully find a face powder that i enjoy using because i can't keep using an eyeshadow.

PS: one last thing soap and glory's setting powder might be good but their packaging is rubbish £10 is the most i have spent on a concealer EVER and the bloody thing broke on me its like the plastic around the hinge just crumbled away and now all 3 parts will not stay together they just mingle with all my other products on their own leaving a smear of concealer on everything .

Pink Lips & HOTD

I love this baby pink lipstick it's from Primark and it was £1 there is no colour name or number on the packaging its just a simple matt baby pink .

The packaging is cute and the colour is pretty it doesn't last that long so a reapplication is needed quite a few times throughout the day.

Compared to the MUA lipsticks the quality isn't that great only because MUA lipsticks for me have excellent staying power but its a really nice lipstick for Primark.

I thought i would also throw in a quick HOTD picture as well I have just tied it up into a simple bun and clipped the front back. I very rarely have my hair down not because i don't like it, it's just not practical for me as i'm chasing after my little boy all day and with it down it tends to make me really hot so i just tie it up.

My cat had her kittens last week and this is my my fave he's so cute so i just wanted to share a picture of him with you :)

Percy & Reed Hair Totally TLC Hydrating Hair mask

This came free with April's issue of glamour you could choose out of shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and the last one was a blow dry cream, the mask is 100ml.
I chose this one because I love hair masks so thought I would try it out. The packaging is simple but cute i love the little picture of the woman at the side. The smell is sooooo nice I can't even describe it to you it's one of them smells that stays on your hair once it's dried and you just get wafts of it all day.
This retails at £11 which for 100ml or £20 for 175ml is a bit pricey for me to repurchase i did love the product but i don't really want to spend that much money on a hair mask which i can only get 4 uses out of, i own plenty of intensive conditioners that do she same job the only thing that's missing from them is the smell but i don't think i can really justify buying it again just for the smell.

On the tube it says:

'Need a rescue remedy? This deep, indulgent treatment helps restore your hairs vitality making it soft and manageable'

Now it did leave my hair feeling super soft and nourished and if it was cheaper or on offer i would definitely buy it but i would not spent that much money on it full price.

have a look on their website for a list of stockists.

Have you tried anything from Percy and Reed let me know what you thought and if you will be repurchasing.
